What happened to the Goodreads giveaways?

Kara I don't know where to ask this, so I'm hoping Goodreads can respond. What happened to your regular giveaways, was the summer just a slow period? The usual high amount from Penguin Random House Canada has not been there since May. Also for Grand Central Publishing, they are now US only. Will they include Canada again?
I sure hope things will pick up now that it's fall.
