Hello All.

I write African Fantasy as J.S. Emuakpor. My debut novel, "Queen of Zazzau," is scheduled for release on November 20, 2018. An ARC is currently available at NetGalley (https://www.netgalley.com/catalog/boo...).

Queen of Zazzau is an Historical Fantasy that takes place in precolonial West Africa. It chronicles the life of one of the most famous West African queens, Amina of Zazzau (or Zaria). With 470 pages of rich imagery, the novel features several West African historical figures and a pantheon of West African gods, giving the reader an intimate look at some of the lifestyles and cultures—many of which are still alive today—of medieval West Africa..
