Is this allowed? The author is various and it is just people adding reviews of books they have read. I could not find a reason this should be allowed.

This should be done in a discussion group.

What action should be taken? If allowed, please point me to section in Librarian manual so I can learn. If not allowed, how should I handle it?

It is an exception to the normal rules and they have been doing it since 2014.

One of the "books" was even published in limited copy of 1 by private printing, if I'm remembering correctly from a previous thread :)
