I'll join this one! My sister love this series and lately I'm only reading m/m besides UF. I hope I like it!

Ch 22 (76%) - (view spoiler)[ I don't know what to think about these guys. Sometimes Logan can be such an ass, yet other times he is pretty patient with Tate. And Tate...he seemed so macho and confident at the beginning, but this experience is making him needy? Not sure if that is the right word. He is definitely more dramatic than I thought he would be too. (hide spoiler)]
Finished - (view spoiler)[ Have you noticed that nothing actually gets accomplished at these lawyer meetings other than drama. What papers do they still have to sign?? Anyway, I like Tate and Logan together and I'm interested in seeing how their story plays out. I couldn't believe that Logan refused to see Tate's family when asked - it was like he did exactly what this Chris guy did to Logan. I'm glad he is willing to 'try'. I also can't believe that Tate's sister showed up to the lawyers' office - what was she doing there? Were she and the ex trying to convince Tate to get back together or something? I'm also surprised that Tate's family would side with the woman in the first place - she seems like a horrible person and I would think that good church-goin folk would be able to see that.

This was my first M/M romance. It was an interesting experience.
I wasn't as turned on as with M/F romances, but I can't deny that the smut was hot. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that there were very little other plotlines - even the divorce thread was thin. Perhaps we will get a little more substance in book 2? (hide spoiler)]

finished - (view spoiler)[this was super cute and fast reading. the relationship between Logan and Tate was super cute and also a little insta-love but besides that it was pretty intense too. I mean, I really don't understand all this love/horny thing Logan has when Tate gets mad but anyway, I really liked this book is like a daily life and chill reading, that was the part I liked the best. I will read the next book but not now. I have still this slump so I read whatever my mind is on set.

Jennifer: I think if this was your first m/m book it was a really good choice but the thing about this series (like I said in my previous comment) is that this series is based more on daily life than in a plot. If you wanna read some m/m with a plot (mysteries, urban fantasy, etc.) let me know I can recommend you some.

(view spoiler)[it really piss me off I saw Tate's family is more Diana's side than his, I mean wtf dude, his your son and you choose a totally strange person over your son? I don't really care about his sister, it happens but with the parents is totally different.

Also, Tate and Logan seems to work better having sex, every time they discuss or fight, they always have sex afterwards or between I hope that changes because is pretty messed up (in perspective of reality). And also get know each other. (hide spoiler)]

I guess I agree with you. The book does focus more on what is going on between them day to day. The character development is fine and the dialogue is good - and then there is a lot of sex.
There just isn't much else. I don't think it surprised me....because that fits with my perception of how some men are, right? I DO find it interesting that if it was a M/F romance and lacked a non-romantic plotline, it would be harshly criticized in the reviews.

Ch 22 (76%) - (view spoiler)[ Well, what book 1 lacked in non-romantic plotlines, this book sure is making up for it! I'm so glad that Tate and Logan got back together and are figuring out how to be intimate in other ways besides just sex. It is sweet. (hide spoiler)]

Even though, I know he will pull through somehow (because the series continues), I just feel so bad that Logan is so devastated right now. If the author pulls some amnesia shit right now with Tate, I WILL stop reading. (hide spoiler)]
Ch 19 (63%) - (view spoiler)[ I really want to see that Chris guy punched in the face and outed to his wife. He is so slimy! But....I'm so happy that Tate is ok. Listening to the audio during that hospital scene, oh man, I was all choked up and crying. It was just so sweet. And I'm glad that Tate's dad came around a little. (hide spoiler)]

I like where things are with the boys right now. They had some difficult times in this book but supported each other and their love grew because of it. I think it is sweet that they are living together and contemplating more. (hide spoiler)]

Jennifer - I know what you mean, there is been discussion about it but I think M/F romance needs a little more work because M/F is something, like, normal is something people is used to but when it comes to M/M is unexpected.

finished - (view spoiler)[this was hell cute, I like the development that Tate and Logan had, especially Logan, I didn't expected Logan still dated Chris after everything and more the way he hurt him also it didn't surprise me at all Tate's family repudiate him but I'm glad he is clear about everything.

one thing I like about this book is the author doesn't use tags. I truly believe everyone with or without tags, but I specially like this book because of the non-tags. Tate loves Logan but he doesn't really care if he is gay or bi, he just loves Logan and also about the boyfriend tag, they are together but neither use the tag, they just are.

He's acting almost like someone has been beating him, or like maybe someone sent him to a mental health place to "treat" him for his sexuality.
