If your having trouble choosing a mythical creature for a character, here are a few ideas to help. If there is something you would like to have as a character, and is not on the list, just tell me to add it on or go ahead and just create it.

Angels
- A supernatural being found in many religions, whose duties are to assist and serve God. They typically act as messengers.

Banshee
- A female spirit, usually seen as an omen of death and a messenger from the Otherworld of when one will die.

Demons
- Powerful supernatural beings without the dignity of gods. Ancient demons could be good or bad. Traditionally demons have been said to reign on some other planet, usually some form of hell, and are creatures of fire. They take human form to fit on earth and cause mischief.

Djinn/Genie
- An intelligent spirit of lower rank than the angels, are able to appear in human and animal forms and be able to possess humans. Are extremely magical beings that are able to grant wishes and manipulate reality on a large scale.

Element Bender
- A person that has the ability to manipulate one of the four elements (Water, Earth, Fire and Air).

Elf
- A type of human-shaped supernatural. They seem generally to have been thought of as beings with magical powers and supernatural beauty, ambivalent towards everyday people and capable of either helping or hindering them. In Norse mythology, Dökkálfar (Dark Elves) and Ljósálfar (Light Elves) are two contrasting types of elves; the former dwell within the earth and are most swarthy, while the latter live in Álfheimr, and are "fairer than the sun to look at.”

Fairies
- Generally described as human in appearance and having magical powers, in modern culture they are often depicted as young, sometimes winged, humanoids of small stature.

Fallen Angels
- A fallen angel is a wicked or rebellious angel that has been cast out of heaven.

Familiars
- Shapeshifting goblins that can take on the form of an animal to protect their witch/warlock.

Ghost
- In folklore, a ghost is the soul or spirit of a dead person that can appear to the living. Descriptions of ghosts vary widely from an invisible presence to translucent or barely visible wispy shapes, to realistic, lifelike visions. They can pass through walls or appear and disappear. When in realistic form, they could do normal things like sit, touch, and eat. Some times new ghost still have trouble with that.

Hybrids
- The offspring of two different species or varieties.

Incubus
- A demon who takes the form of a man to seduce women to have intercourse, thus making them stronger and the women more dependent on them. They are described as handsome and seductive.

Mermaids
- Humans with fish tails that can survive under water. They can walk on land with magic that provides them legs, but if touched by water, their tail comes out.

Nymph
- Is any member of a large class of female nature entities. Different from other goddesses, nymphs are generally regarded as divine spirits who animate nature.

Pixie
- Are usually depicted as wingless, with pointed ears. In traditional regional lore, pixies are generally benign, mischievous, short of stature and attractively childlike.

Psychic
- A person who use extrasensory perception to identify information hidden from the normal senses, particularly involving telepathy or clairvoyance, or who performs acts that are apparently inexplicable by natural laws. A small list of such things would be (view spoiler) You could find a larger list with more choices here.

Selkie
- A mythical creature that resembles a seal in the water but assumes human form on land.

Siren
- Mermaid like creatures that are dangerous, who lured nearby sailors with their enchanting music and singing voices to shipwreck on the rocky coast of their island.

Skeleton Spirit

Succubus
- A demon who takes the form of a woman to seduce men to have intercourse, thus making them stronger and the men more dependent on them. They are described as beautiful and seductive.

Vampires
- A preternatural being, commonly believed to be a reanimated corpse, that is said to suck the blood of humans. They are immortal, but can be killed by a stake to the heart, beheaded, or burned. Sun does not hurt them, but may irritate them a little. Vampires most feed or they would die. They have super strength, speed, and quickly heal. Can only change a human by sucking their blood and giving them from theirs. If the second part is not followed, then the human does not become a vampire.

Were-creature
- People who can take an animal-like forms such as Werewolves, Wereape, Werecats, and so on. Unlike shapeshifters, they can only take on one form of animal.

Werewolves
- Humans that take wolf form anytime, but they lose control on a full moon. They could be killed by anything, but takes longer than it would with a human due to their strength and healing ability. However, silver is very deadly to them and causes them to heal much slower. To be changed they must be bitten by another wolf.

Witch
-A female human who can preform magic or other types of witchcraft.

Warlock
