I love the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. I just loved it, and can never put the book down once I pick it up.

Not necessarily, libraries tend to buy best sellers in bulks so there won't be so many back ups. Our library has 1 set of Divergent (it isn't #1 popular here yet cuz we are a small town), 2-3 sets of the hunger games and 3 sets of the twilight books plus the audio tapes

My library has a ton of copies of a certain series, it's crazy especially when someone doesn't want the book and you see how many they have.

Our library is in battle mode at the moment though actually because someone keeps checking out books and ripping the pages like this:

anyway, it's been MONTHS and they FINALLY listening to me (cuz I've been complaining for over a month now) and they are having to mark the books every time a book gets checked in, so hopefully whoever it is, gets caught VERY SOON! ... they better hope I don't find out who's doing it.

Wow! That's pretty weird! I live Ina new niebourghood, my library is 2 years old so not a lot of books yet :3

I have so many favorites, I just can't list them all!

Harry Potter series is auto #1 for me.
