I shall be reading it with a large glass of whiskey.
but shan't do a drinking game with it (drink each time his generous size is mentioned? I suspect I'd get alcohol poisoning!)

Yep - not pretting coming back up! But I think this one is the brownish-yellow topaz color. :-)
brownish-yellow topaz! of course! that makes more sense and is much more appealing to be drunk!
panic over!

right.... my ridiculous teammates have sweet-talked me into letting them put Christmas decs up in the office today, even though it's not yet December.
I should go join them & help overstuff tiny Xmas trees with baubles...

So, I got a sample to see if any word popped out to do the drinking game
Christmas is out - we'd be drunk after the prologue
And she's majoring in folklore and her tesis is about Santa. I needed a moment to go outside. This is precious.

However, all things Christmas start to come out near November 1st (sometimes middle October)
I'm totally Scrooge in my office: shouldn't be up before December starts and comes down the 31st Dec!

oh, at home, totally agree, but in the office I need to come in in January ready to work again, after slacking off in December

After chatting with a very nice person on the amazon client support, they gave me a workaround.
Basically, I only needed an US address.... It can even be an hotel address.

It's a matter of having a passport. My credit card balance back to full amount. A stupid form & entering permission... Oh, and a new president on that side of the Atlantic.
Then you're on

Do you believe in Santa?
Yeah, Kris doesn’t either.
But since his ship got stranded above earth,
and an antigravity accident left him with flying reindeer,
he’s decided to make the legend come to life.
The presents he brings aren’t the traditional dolls and rocking horses.
Instead he finds kids who need help—
serious help—
and gives it to them.
Cancer cured.
Houses fixed.
Parents healed.
There’s one little girl he helped years ago
who he’s kept tabs on.
And she’s grown into a beautiful woman.
He’s forced himself to keep his distance,
but when an equipment malfunction gets him stuck in a chimney,
Blitzen brings her to his rescue.
Will she be able to accept him?
Or will the truth of his identity drive her away?
