Twinkle is an odd girl who likes to collect shiny little baubles. She is very strict about her personal space in fear that she'll drag people to their deaths. She is sometimes moody and loves to drink. However, she is really fond of monkeys and may be flirtatious at times without meaning to. Twinkle hates being ordered around by anyone other than her captain, and she is loud. Very loud. Twinkle also likes free things and fighting with a staff. She's kinda more like a gypsie.

Twinkle was an abandoned kelpie whose first memory was being adopted by a fisherman nearby. Since she had never seen a kelpie before, she took on the first form that she saw - a human. She grew up as a normal girl, but one day someone hugged her from behind, transforming her into her kelpie form and drowning them. When Twinkle regained consciousness, she was so shaken up that she went into hiding for seventy-five years.
When she reappeared, many things had changed, and Twinkle decided to find her adoptive father. However, when she arrived at her childhood home, nothing was there anymore. She decided to become a pirate to explore the world and see what happened to her father.
