Hey, you're doing great! I'm still sitting on zero books read so far this year. I've read a little in several, but none completed yet.

Hahaha!! I'm raising my hand as the one who thinks 300 pages is hefty! Joleen, I'm completely impressed!! And I'm with Andrea on the zero books read so far this year. I'm trying to read along with the Georgette Heyer group read, but I'm one of those people who has a hard time reading while sick (wish I could get immersed in a book like the rest of you do when not feeling good!).

I think the 36 hour flu is finally over. Thanks for the concern, ladies. I admit I did fall asleep a few times while reading. When it was hard to concentrate, or I needed to get up to clean the kitchen, I turned on text-to-speech and let Kindle read to me. It’s robotic, but I’m used to it. We don’t have TV so reading is my entertainment.
