Beginning
I thought it was interesting (view spoiler)[ that Amory's mother is so removed from him at such an early age. (hide spoiler)] I'm also having some issues getting into this one. I'm listening to it and the narrator Robertson Dean speaks without emotion.


The Education of a Personage
Hmmm..(view spoiler)[I felt for Amory that his finances kept Rosalind from being his wife. The drunk scene with the drunk lady holding on to him made me laugh because Amory's friends just said that his romance was over and gave him more to drink! (hide spoiler)] This narrator is killing me!

Ok,(view spoiler)[ now he quit his job that he wasn't qualified for and he is drunk. I'm unsure why this made me laugh but it did. (hide spoiler)]
