This can be a new release or just a book by a favorite author that you haven't gotten to yet!

I'm hoping to get to read The Toll by Neal Shusterman (the 3rd book in his Arc of the Syche series) at some point this year, but if that doesn't end up coming out in 2019, I will probably read a Philippa Gregory novel that I haven't gotten to yet (I have a few to choose from) or Bridge of Clay by Markus Zuzak, or a Terry Pratchett Discworld novel I haven't yet read. I have so many choices!

Who is your favorite author? Do they have a new release coming out this year?

Brittany (brittburkard) | 66 comments I have several favorite authors, but for this challenge I'm looking at Libba Bray, Neal Shusterman, or Stephen King. Not necessarily new releases but books of theirs I haven't read yet!

I have several Stephen King books I still need to get to...that's a good idea. ;)

Laura L Meinecke | 25 comments I don't know that I have a favorite author. I've enjoyed 2 Kristin Hannah books (The Nightingale, The Great Alone) but I tend to get burnt out reading the same author over again.

This may be one of my more challenging topics.

Katrina Slayton | 25 comments I am going to go with Joe Hill for this one. I've only read NOS4A2 and Heart Shaped Box, but I loved them. Maybe I will pick up his book "Horns"?

sara (sarasara) | 33 comments I just finished Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult. Now I only have to read A Spark of Light, and I’ll have read all of her books!

Erin (eleiser) | 2 comments I read Kelley Armstrong's Cainsville series. I found, and have read all of her Casey Duncan series over the past year, so I decided to branch out and read something else by her. For me, they were super fast reads; I think I finished all 5 books in a month; but they were very different from the Casey Duncan series. I enjoyed them, but I prefer Casey!
