2018 on Goodreads question

Have any of you looked at the top readers list? There is NO WAY that "Bob" from the USA could have read 18,598 books in the last twelve months or that "Lamar" from MI (also in the USA) could have read 11,387 books in the last twelve months!!!! In fact, if you do the math on that entire list, they are ALL absolutely impossible. This makes a mockery of the rest of us who are aiming for our goal and doing our best :(
