Up next, I'm going to start The Crying of Lot 49 by Thomas Pynchon partly because it's another TBR read, and partly because I know there's a parody of a Jacobean revenge tragedy contained in the book, and so I reasoned it would be funnier if I had these other real examples of Jacobean theater in my mind.
Edited to add: I was feeling a bit low, and felt I needed a pick-me-up of Wodehouse which could be included in my TBR challenge, so I started Jeeves and Wooster Omnibus , a book containing The Mating Season, The Code of the Woosters, and Right Ho, Jeeves. I also have a copy of Week-End Wodehouse if the omnibus doesn't do the trick.
