This book has chapter names rather than numbered chapters so look for the chapter names in the topic. I'll be grouping 3-4 chapters together in each topic.

deana everett | 124 comments Something is still going to happen, I'm afraid. I don't believe Robin's story-we know some of it isn't true. I believe the little girl IS his. Is he happy that he doesn't have to deal with her? Does he believe the Vaughn's can take better care of her? Or did he have something to do with her disposal. Mr. Vaughn knows the little girl isn't his but I think wants to please his wife so much and can't bear to see her change back to her old listless self (or worse) so he goes along with it. I love that Mr. Daunt and Rita seem to be falling in love.

Rebecca Hunt maples | 22 comments Yep, I don’t believe Robin either and I don’t like him! If the child is Amelia, where has she been for two years? Maybe she was dead and Quietly brought her back because it wasn’t her time but why did it take two years? Or maybe it’s Alice and he brought her back?

Krystal (krystalhobgood) Wow, what a tale! As the next chapter I'll read indicates.....things just don't add up! LOL! First of all, I'm not buying Robin Armstrong's fainting spell. If Rita Sunday (who I adore, for some reason) was skeptical, then so am I. Also.....the description of Henry's dreams of the Maidens of Destiny make me blush a little. Mercy..... I can't wait to see what in store for us in Part 2!

I love Rita too - pretty much all the women in this book are strong - but there's something special about her.

Just wait... it's about to get really good!

Deborah (debh56) | 63 comments The fainting spell didn’t ring true. Who is she trying to manipulate? Rita, though, is a strong and kind woman. I’m wondering if the stories about Quietly are true or just folklore. I feel drawn to him. I think it’s because he’s different.

I want to believe that the Quietly stories are true.
