All our group discussion books are optional, of course. But we hope you'll occasionally try a group read with some of your fellow Book Snails!
We usually have the following in progress:
1. A Book of the Month (BOTM)
2. A slightly longer Quarterly book (every 3-4 months or so)
3. A Yearly Read (take your time, you've got 365 days!)
And sometimes we have a "Second Chance Read", chosen by our members from books that almost won in recent polls.
On the group "Bookshelf", you'll also see all the books we've discussed before (previous BOTMs, etc). Most of the discussions on these remain open, so you can chime in any time, even if it's a book we voted on months or years ago.
We promise we won't rush you. Read at your own pace, and comment on a book if you feel like it :)
