I think I pushed Rajah into the plot without even thinking about it- oops.

The Emperor and Empress of both Kychet Net and Cobhet'na Ha are both important characters already planned for in the plot, so you are just fine!

I'm currently working on a character who's mate died so, you can have fun with this story lol
She's gonna be preggers for the first couple months of plot and then she's going to have her cubs. I mostly made her to encourage people to play cub characters but, ((I'm kinda really startin' to fall in love with her so rip))

I want the ranks to be filled out as quick as possible so I can be more exact when writing Instinct's story.

Man, since this is taking place in the past, can the Emperor have like concubines? Emperors quite often had them.

Hm, that is a very intriguing suggestion. It would make sense to add such a rank, being as lions today use similar ranking.
This would also increase the chances of having more "Prodigy" characters in the pride. Fighting with your siblings is good plot conflict, I find.

I want to keep things equal in INSTINCT, to drive home the overall message of "Duality" so, if I can think of another Dire Wolf rank to equal out the number of ranks for both groups, I will gladly add such a rank to the saber tooth roster!

Awesome! If you make such a rank, I’ll gladly add my own character to it!

For the Wolves, I think you should go with a Wolf Mother. She is the caretaker of every pup, while the mothers alternate between feeding times and their duties, the Wolf Mother helps raise the pups instead of fighting.

That is actually a mighty good idea! I have the "Caretaker" rank in the Saber Tooth Ranks that is almost exactly like that so, adding a rank similar in the Dire Wolf Ranks would make an exceptional amount of sense.

I believe I'm going to name the 'concubine'-esq rank "Courtesan" but, I'm not sure if I should call the other rank "Brood-Bearer" or "Nursery Wolf"
I have to go to bed soon, so I'll likely figure out what I want by morning. If you have any more ideas, though, feel free to share!

I think you should go with Brood-Bearer, it resonates better.

I believe I am going to alter my character, Shanesi, into a Courtesan instead of a Gladiator. Originally, she was to be just a pregnant female who's mate had died during a hunt. However, with this new rank, making her a Courtesan would make a lot of sense.
I plan for her to have 2 cubs, which will be Prodigies. So, if anyone wishes to fulfill those ranks in a few weeks after the roleplay is officially started, let me know!

mmmmI wanna make a second dire wolf character but I'd honestly like to see if anyone would like to do some side-plotting? I'm kind of at a creative halt right now so, I'm hoping that doing a more minor story within the world of INSTINCT will help jog me back into the motion of writing the rest of INSTINCT's story.
If anyone wants to brainstorm a plot out, shoot! I'm down to hear any ideas from anyone! If you want to play with all the religious aspects of INSTINCT (Moon Wolves/Sun Sabers/Etc), go ahead! Just try not to diverge off the main plot!

I do have a young Trainee dire wolf that I'm planning to make, very rambunctious and in need of some serious discipline xD

I could make a Gamma character who tends to focus on your trainee a lot. Since the dire wolves don't have a specific mentor/apprentice system and all. Kinda treats them as a parent.
Or i could make a Seer character who's always patching them up after reckless behavior lol

With a voice of thunder, it's hard to miss Aithykyl when he walks into the canyons. His howl could be heard for miles, congregating wolves from far distances and proving himself a true leader.

Personality: Although strict, Aithykyl can be reasonable. He's an intelligent soul, knowing well the cause and effect of his actions and the actions of others. Being incredibly protective, the former alpha would put his life on the line for his family at any given moment.
Since the death of his mate, Teshkana, and one of his sons, Renai, Aithykyl has been more on edge. It takes less to enrage him and start the fire of his fury.

History: Not much his known about his former life. He was once a Vagabond named Aith, hunting on his own and fighting for every second of life. He was accepted into the pack and was noticed to be quite a formidable foe. The alpha male of the time was quite impressed and trained the younger wolf personally in order to raise him to the rank of beta male and eventually, alpha male.
He eventually earned his other syllables, "yk" and "yl", a shiny new name for a shiny new alpha. Soon after he was promoted, the love of his life was promoted as well. At this time, Aithykyl was 3 years and 7 months of age.
The alpha eventually had 3 pups, 1 female and 2 male.
6 Months after the pups were born, a war was started at the death of the trainee, "Vitza". It was during this time that the Emperor of Kychet attacked The Great Black Canyon, home of Kyt'al Nuk. The emperor had split up the family group and had killed Teshkana and one of his sons. This caused the group to become rushed out into the deserts beyond the canyon where they struggled to survive.
Once Nevoo, his daughter, was old enough she was made the new alpha of Kyt'al Nuk. Aithykyl had rose in rank, becoming one of the eldest living pack members, and was deemed the new Moonspeaker. It is through this rank that Aithykyl can control the actions of the pack and the actions of Nevoo.

They are simply important plot characters with pre-made names or histories. I need these slots to be filled in order to progress the plot. If I can get at least 3 people to play any of these characters, I can at least play the 4th one. I don't wanna end up playing ALL of these characters in order for this to work.

For the sake of complying to the rules, I'm unfortunately unable to assist despite my deep intrigue in Aithykyl's remaining son. Though, if there comes a time where it may be reconsidered, though my Tier 1 rank slots have been alloted to those within the Saber hierarchy, I'd be more than willing to balance scale of power with Dire blood.

If I am unable to find players for these characters soon, I may raise the Tier 1 rank limit to 3, though, I'd like to avoid doing this. I've been in roleplays before where certain members had 3 or 4 important ranks and they basically bent the plot/story of the roleplay to however they pleased which bothered the other members of the roleplay, eventually leaving it inactive.
I certainly wouldn't mind playing a third high rank and I'm sure there are others who also wouldn't mind but, I'm trying to make this as fair as possible.

Which is completely understandable, and if I were in your position, I would try my best to do the same. I just wanted to put the offer out there.
