10.9 - Spring Forward
Next! Read the next book in a series you've already started. The book may not be #1 or earlier (i.e., #0.5) in the series and it should be new-to-you. Half-numbers (#1.5, etc) will work as long as they are next in the series, new-to-you, and meet SRC page requirements.
Required: State that the book is next in a series you've already started and new-to-you when you post.

Rayne (raynebair) | 303 comments Does it matter if the book before this one is read for another task in the spring challenge?

No, it doesn't matter. You can read book #1 for another task in the Spring Challenge, if you'd like.

Kay Kay | 65 comments I am reading the Christy Miller Series. They are sweet simple books that deal with some deeper issues of teen life. Each book is about 150 pages, and I want to read Volume three, books 7 - 9. This volume is 470 pages, would be the next in the series, and is not marked children's on the main page of the Volume page. Here is the link. Does it work?
Christy Miller Collection, Vol. 3 (Christy Miller, #7-9) by Robin Jones Gunn

Yes, that would work.

Aprilleigh (aprilleighlauer) | 1261 comments What if I have a series I've skipped around in (my library was missing some volumes) and I've read #1 and #3? Would #2 still count as the next in the series since it's the first volume I haven't read yet?
