INTP discussion

I'm wondering if anyone is interested in starting an INTP monthly book club. Essentially we'd pick a book once a month, or maybe pick 12 books for the next 12 months up front based on various themes, read them sequentially by month and have a discussion on it here (or in reddit). I would be willing to coordinate the logistics of voting, and more precise dates and everything unless someone else more experienced is up to it.

Sounds good. It'd be nice to get more suggestions on what to read. Win-win.

yes, it might yank me out of my current fantasy addiction as i have struggle with reading something more practical atm.

This is a great initiative! Unfortunately for me, my to-read backlog is too long and I have little free time these days, so I'm trying hard to be selective about that books that I read. I might join in later :)

I was completely kidding about Joyce or Tolstoy by the way...Although I am about to get ahold of a Chekhov short stories collection to start immediately. I have not read anything of him before. I will use Project Gutenberg and start with "Project Gutenberg's The Lady With The Dog and Other Stories, by Anton Chekhov"

If anyone wants to join me and have a discussion, please do as I am not aware of any of my friends having read this. Feel free to shoot me a message and we can organize from there. I will give about 3 weeks to this project(book is not very long length)

I made it last year, and then I got overconfident and overshoot for this year. I've spent more time on programming and technical books with problems and exercises, and they set me back. Also, I've spent more time on programming, other projects and studies. So, I fail my challenge this year >.<
