There needs to be a very thick book about this maniac.
I'm listening to the episode of "This American Life" on the 10 th anniversary of the of the first episode telling the Raucci story. He's currently in a maximum security prison. Quite interesting and infuriating at the same time.
That's how I found out about it myself. Those people tearfully describing how they were doing safety drills in their houses at night because they thought Raucci was going to set fire to the house or detonate the car or God knows what...
