Mystic Orange (Rumell) (rkrespectedmember) Date syrup is also known as date molasses. It is sweet and it is often used with rice, milk, bananas and mango pulp mixed in. It is delicious. It is popular in Bangladesh. Date is dried up fruit. In the Islamic month of Ramadan most Muslims consume dates as the first thing when breaking fast. In the modern world, dates are eaten differently. Not all Muslim families will have them and it isn't mandatory. But it is traditional. It is what messenger Muhammad, peace be upon him, ate when he broke his fast in the evening. In fact he really loved dates.

Mystic Orange (Rumell) (rkrespectedmember) You should try ones that are fresh and don't have a fly in it.
