Okay. I've changed my five to one. I wasn't sure. I got mixed up with the "both" --both ten and eleven only have the option of using one (or the full 10 or 11, which is quite awkward). (Zero would be quite worthless except for page numbers.)

Zeros would also work for books published in a 'zero' year: 2010, 2000, 1990 and so on.
