HPL Reads discussion

I've fallen down a rabbit hole. Aaron Mahnke has written a series of three books on our mysterious world, folklore, etc. and I'm almost finished with the last one. I read the first in print and the last two on audio (he's not the best reader, but it's ok). Mahnke is a curious skeptic, and the books reveal fascinating tidbits about superstition and belief. I highly recommend them.

What are you reading this month?

The old tales (the originals that weren't cleaned up for kids) are definitely bloody and sometimes horrific, which reflects the times in which they were written. I love them. :)
