A) the judge was obviously an Uncle Tom
B) everyone knows the KKK did it and framed WAYNE
C) the killings did not stop when WAYNE was arrested
D) WAYNE was only convicted of killing 2 adults, no kids
E) the fiber evidence was laughable and proved nothing
F) this is a trick question; all these reasons have been put on the table
