Hello everyone!

Hope you have your TBR list at the ready because this month we are reading Books that have been on our TBR list for waaaaay too long!

So this month, we're freestyling it, as I'm sure we will all be reading different books, so the discussion questions will be a bit different.

This month, I'm finally reading Fall in Love for Life: Inspiration from a 73-Year Marriage which has been in my TBR since February 2014!!!

What will you be finally reading this month?

My husband bought me The Princess Bride years ago and I still haven't managed to read it. Now is better than never!

1984 has been on my TBR for a while too! I haven't read enough "classics"

We're almost halfway through the month, so here are a few discussion questions for this month!

What was your pick for this month?

Did you already have a physical copy of the book, or was it just on your TBR list?

Was it worth the wait? Do you wish you would have read it sooner?

I hope all your books were worth the wait!

Kelsey (kelso30) | 82 comments I'm chugging along on 1984. So far pretty interesting.
I do have a physical copy but it's really old, with tiny print, so I've been sticking with the kindle version at the moment.
And I'll get back to you on if it was worth the wait, lol.

I've been enjoying my pick, so far it is what I expected it to be, and with our wedding being about 9 months away, it feels like the perfect timing to read it 😊

Awww congrats! We are celebrating our 5th anniversary this year 😊. The quotes and bio look fun for your read, and 73 years (!) they have to have some advice!!!

Aww thank you and congratulations to you too! They do actually, I was worried that some of the advice would be a bit "dated", but it's not and so far it's been an adorable read 😊

Jemma (captainjemima) | 61 comments I'm reading 'Middlesex' by Jeffrey Eugenides which has definitely been on my list for too long. I must have heard it was one of those classics everyone should read!

Well, I have a physical copy of The Princess Bride but I haven't started reading it yet :-(. I have that problem where I borrow or start reading too many books at the same time, and now I need to finish a few before I start a new one. Hopefully, I can start reading it next month!

It was deff a hard read, I'm honestly glad I waited to read it. I dont think I would have appreciated it if I have read it as a teen when my dad tried to get me to. The newspeak was probably the biggest slow down for me. But I did finish it. It was not how I expected it to go, but a very impactful ending.
