I'm sure everyone is glad to be free of the latest 'list' meme on Facebook. So just to ruin your afternoon, I'm going to repost my list here!

10 books that have influenced me the most:

1) The Children of the Abbey (1796) by Regina Maria Roche

2) Rosemary's Baby (1967) by Ira Levin

3) The Wandering Jew (1844) by Eugène Sue

4) I'm Not Scared (2001) by Niccolò Ammaniti

5) Là-Bas (1891) by JK Huysmans

6) The Necromancer, or The Tale of the Black Forest (1794) by KF Kahlert

7) The Club Dumas (1993) by Arturo Pérez-Reverte

8) Long Day's Journey Into Night (1956) by Eugene O'Neill

9) Psycho (1959) by Robert Bloch

10) The Thief of Always (1992) by Clive Barker

Char | 355 comments My group did a read of Rosemary's Baby a year or so ago, and we all enjoyed it. A totally chilling novel.

I have to admit I'm not familiar with some of those.

I'm Not Scared and The Club Dumas might be right up your alley, Charlene!
