History: Was sent to some sort of research asylum because of his abilities and escaped at age 11 after being there for 8 years. At age 5 in the asylum tests were conducted on him and he has many scars from that as well as from fights the asylum put him in and hurting himself trying to get out of his cell.
Also in asylum he met someone and fell in love. She had the same powers but she couldn't hide the scars. She she was caught and taken back to her cell escaping the asylum with him. He does not know where she is or whats happened to her and he never got to tell her his feelings. Basically just a tragic back story.

Powers: Has wings that fold into his back and blend in to his skin but when he unfolds them the feathers turn into whatever colour or pattern that he wants, can change his skin colour to blend into something and has fangs that fold into his mouth and take the colour of the inside of his mouth so you can't see them unless he has them out the fangs also have venom glands but it is not unlimited so he almost never uses his venom he also has the ability to sense if something really bad is happening and roughly locate where it is happening

Background: Was born in Mexico his dad was a drug Cartel and his mom died giving birth to him his dad died in a street fight when he was 7 and he became an orphan on the streets with no other family he now has no specific place to live but instead just travels the world as he pleases
