My main intention in starting this thread is because I want to build a UX case study on goodreads app (android/iOS). I want to know about your thoughts about the app and feature you wish you have. I intend to process the findings to make goodreads (hopefully) a better app.

Great! The UX for mobile is pretty frikkin horrible! I like some features like being able to scan books but it’s pretty clear whoever’s in charge of coding the software for actually shelving books didn’t really care about their job.

Yes, that's what I thought too. So I'm trying to explore it out of curiosity to improve my UX skills.
