As the name of the book is clearly indicating, the book is a nonfiction and exclusively written for the people to know more about the corporate world. The author covers a large variety of things from the planning and managing the time to hiring and learning employees. The book consists of tips and tricks through the world management which would be helpful to approach complex problems with simple steps which ones used systematically will optimise how a company works and its employees will feel understood.
The author describes not just the things that worked for him but also what kind of things which did not work. It has a good account of the different terms and their details, the meteoric rise and fall of Long-Term-Capital Management, capitalization on development, less efficient derivatives and bond markets.
The best thing I liked about it that I expected that whatever written inside was interactive enough to get into my average IQ brain about management and marketing . Giving It a four star rating.
