I read pages 300- finish. A quote I thought was good was: “ Rocco, who had missed my explanation, asked “ was it for a good cause?” “ it was,” Said Aaron. Rocco placed a hand on mine. “ you know, there are worse misdeeds than those that are done for a higher purpose.” I wiped my nose. “ who said that?” “ What do you mean?” he asked. “ is that a quote? he shook his head. “ no, Suzy Q. It's just the truth.”
It seems that Aaron doesn't need an explanation what happened or why Suzy did that. He just understands that Suzy felt like she need to do that. I think that that is very sweet of him, and Suzy needs someone to do that for her. I think in the next year school Suzy will have friends. She will probably fit in better and she will speak more. I'm very happy that Suzy’s plan to fly to Australia did not work, otherwise she wouldn't have started talking again, she wouldn't have bonded more with her family, and she is accepted that Franny is gone. I am happy for her because now she can move on to her life.
