Kinda helps me to keep things where and as I can see them.

HUGE relief
Pagans and Christians is done. Thought it might take so much longer and it feels like tooo long anyway
Counting:
18 read<?>
3 started ( 2 only just)
3 still on the shelf.

700 pages read like twice that
So thanks for the encouragement and commiseration

added to the done deals.
down down to blast off
5 to go

The Fat Years about 1/2 way
The Antiquary closing on 1/3
just begin
Network-Centric Warfare
and about to begin
The Ladies' Paradise
It looks like the last three are going to be a steep North Face.

3 left, one about 1/3 done the other two barely started.
Gonna try for a buddyread for The Ladies Paradise

IN the rear view mirror, Two to go
One nicely started one around the 1/3 mark, I think I can see to the top

That leaves four chapters of The Ladies Paradise. And then done for this challenge.
I know I will have more than 6 more books this year, but I think I almost climbed out till next year

Not to say I am gonna hold back on reading. At th emo I am pages short of finishing Giraffes on Horseback Salad: Salvador Dali, the Marx Brothers, and the Strangest Movie Never Made
Just started Pearl Buck's Sons and about 4 chapters into A Girl's Guide to Missiles: Growing Up in America's Secret Desert sso well on my way to what might be another challenge, but I will be picking my titles as I go rather than posting a 'contract' against specific titles.
Ya'll have fun and if any on my list look interesting, I thin my last read: The Ladies' Paradise would be my first recomendation
