Jamie beckham | 11 comments I really liked the maze runner but only started seeing flaws in it once I talked to somebody else about. I don't know if that is a bad thing or a good thing.

It's been a while since I read it but I think it's pretty much G rated. It is the funniest book I've ever read.

I also loved Daughter of a Daughter of a Queen A Novel by Sarah Bird and Those Who Save Us by Jenna Blum

Patricia | 971 comments Aly and I both recommend The Butterfly Garden (The Collector, #1) by Dot Hutchison

I also read Last Looks (Charlie Waldo #1) by Howard Michael Gould for review. I was blown away by this book. It has the quirkiest protagonist ever. At first I thought I'd hate the book but he grew on me and now I realize I have to look to see if the next in the series has been released. I don't pay full publisher price for books often but I will for this one.

Another fantastic series is Livia Lone (Livia Lone, #1) by Barry Eisler It is the only series I've ever read where I can't decide if I love or hate the main character. The thing is, either way I will read every book written in this series. Livia Lone is one of the most flawed and compelling protagonists ever written. It's also a very timely subject because it involves and revolves around human trafficking.

This book Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee An Indian History of the American West by Dee Brown should be in everyones library. If you haven't read it, but think you know the truth of our governments treatment of the native tribes, you are SO WRONG. I re-read it every year or two just so I don't forget.
