Good morning! I'm looking for a editor for a friend. Seriously, I am.

She is on a extremely tight budget and dealing with a few health issues right now. She has been rewritting a 3 book series (Romance genre) and having trouble finding some one to do first round edits, an editor that she could actually afford. She would be paying in USD. I have access to more groups and promised I would ask around.

Has your friend done any self-editing considering you mention she is looking for a first-round editor? First draft manuscripts will naturally have many more errors than one that has been read through and amended several times, meaning that many editors will charge much more for the level of time involved.
