I started yesterday, too, but I read just a little bit.
When are we gonna post an update?

Hmm..I usually like to post when I'm about 100 pages in, the latest. But if you want we can do earlier. Or you can just post when you feel like it. I've done buddy reads where people just post when they want, and the ones with strict plan about posting. Both work fine for me.

I think that whenever we want is okay(:

Great 😁 I'm now on page 94. I like how these books are so quick to read. As soon as I started reading I remembered how I kind of like but kind of hate these characters. (view spoiler)[ It's like coming home and seeing all the familiar faces but once they start talking the magic's gone 😂 The weird thing is that I do root for these teens but I can't stand how "teen" they are and their cocky attitude annoys me. Still I'm like "oh that's Kady! How great!"

That being said, the story seems to take an interesting turn as Mao will head back to Kerenza IV. Only, according to countdowns it seems they will arrive too late to stop Magellan from jumping and liquidating the rest of Kerenza population. I wonder if the resistance on Kerenza will be able to slow things down.

Still one thing...I'm a big fan of AIDAN so I'm thrilled to see him. I'm curious about how he will turn out after another shut down. I kind of hope he'll go crazy again. I liked him better that way 😁 (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ Well, the rebels did indeed manage to slow down BT forces so now they actually have a chance. Considering, of course that the people in MAO make it alive to Kerenza IV. I have a feeling that AIDAN's solution for making the oxygen last might involve getting rid of some of the people who are using the oxygen. I don't know if he plans to use Ella and Nik for that or try to do something himself. Or I might be completely wrong 😁 (hide spoiler)]

Got a little sidetracked with a book I need to review but I'm now on page 403.

(view spoiler)[ The end is getting close. MAO will reach Kerenza soon and I have a feeling everything won't go as planned. At least the insurgents and MAO can now communicate.
I wonder if Garver will still be a problem. He's locked up but will he remain so when MAO reaches Kerenza IV? Also AIDAN is a question mark, as always 😁 (hide spoiler)]
