1. Avocado chalupas -or- Chicken Chalupas from the Mexican Manhattan Restaurant ( so yummy!)

2. Calabacita (its a chicken stew - my mom's recipe. She doesn't cook anymore so now I make it ) yum!

3. Caldo de rez (a beef soup) perfect for anytime.

I try to watch While You Were Sleeping around the holidays every year. It's a fave of mine too!
