Phillip I have gathered there are rules regarding practicing the occult to keep you "safe" from harm or rules that power spells such as the intention of the caster being a rule by which the spell works.I am wondering if there is a book out there that details such rules as: "as above, so below" or "do what you will". I have come through most of these rules in philosophy or literary studies but I cant' find any other rules to practice by. Also I am looking for books on the occults relationship to hand wards memory and coordination. Any recommends would be nice, thanks

Andrew (caileus) | 1 comments Hey Phillip - I recommend anything by Scarlet Imprint... it also depends on what you are intrested in - Working with herbs/poisons, crooked path, LHP, ceremonial. What have you felt drawn towards so far if anything?

Phillip I haven't felt drawn towards anything but I would like to be s polymath, so everything interests me, I'm drawn to scholarly books like transcendental magic and the golden bough. I study more than I practice anything. Herbs for instance seems better understood through science and I don't "see" the magic in stuf Like that. I don't know anything the Left hand path except aleister Crowley and I feel studying his stuff would be wasteful though I got a few of skinners books like the magicins tables a book on feng shui and geomancy. sory if I'm inclear I can't see what I'm typing.
