A conversation with Sakhi Singh, author of Affected Admirations, published by Bluerose Publishers. 1. What was the reason behind penning down your thoughts? Writing is my best form of expression so, I believe, I can owe it to my excessive form of ranting when I’m emotionally down. That’s how I developed an affinity for it.
2. What kind of feedback are you expecting? Well, hopefully a positive feedback. I’ve tried to make the book as happy as possible, enough to make the readers feel wholesome or so, I hope.
3. How long did it take for you to write the book? I had started just after my pre-boards in January and had finished around April so I guess, I’d say that just the writing took three months but then I further read it, edited it a bit myself and added a few scenes too so it must’ve taken me one more month or so.
4. Are you working on any upcoming books? Yes, yes. I’m trying on a story with parallel timelines, somewhat like the historical facts infused with present. I hope I’m able to do justice to it
