Kiranmai Kiran (kiran83) | 47 comments A conversation with Ashish Bharath Kumbhare, Author of The Scrutiny, published by Bluerose Publishers
1. Tell us about yourself?

I’m from Chandrapur Maharashtra. I’m currently pursuing Engineering From Sipna Amravati. I’m a bit of an Introvert and I like to spend my days reading Journals, Novels and Research papers. I’m shy around groups and reluctant to talk to strangers. I won an Oxford Science Olympiad certification when I was in fourth grade and that in terms fuelled my desire for Science. I have this unquenchable curiosity for learning topics in details.
I always had this verbal conversation enigma so I took up on writing as a way to express myself.
As a kid I worked small part time jobs and I love collecting coins and old stuff. I have a rather very charismatic collection of coins from over 80 countries.
I’m also very passionate about football and I love Travelling.
If I had to describe myself with a quote I would say,
“I have No Special Talents, I’m just Passionately curious”

2. If not being an author, what was your dream in life?

To be Honest, I never thought that I would write a book, let alone being published. I always dreamt of becoming a Pro footballer, I always wanted to feel the Adrenaline of running with the Ball and score those long range screamers.
I never was very good at studies and I would rather prefer reading a Novel than My Textbooks.
I keep testing myself up in local tournaments and quite recently I enrolled myself in French classes as I want to start my own small scale Business with foreign personages.
I always had interests in a variety of prospects and only God knows what the future has in store. So, be it a pro football player or be it setting up my own business..... I would always love to be a writer.

3. Who or what inspired you to write the book?

My inspiration to write ’The Scrutiny’ were several People Events and Circumstances which I faced while growing up. In our school my teachers taught about Scientific theories and Historical events which were outdated and false. I was forced to learn stuff which was scientifically proven wrong but was still included in our syllabus and I wanted this to change. My Teachers used to say,” You have a very different outlook for looking at things” and I took that as a compliment.
I started writing to show people things the way I see it and not the traditional way everyone was seeing it... I wanted to make a change or more importantly I wanted to be the change.
I believe that the most difficult thing for a writer is to change people’s opinion but lately I realized that Words have the power to change people’s heart.
My inspiration was to “change the way people see the world and then people can change the world they see”.

4. Do you think belief in God and Belief in science are exclusive or are they interconnected?

I think that God and Science are interconnected in the most brilliant way possible. For Example consider unravelling the ’Photon particle’ concept from ’The Bible’.
To change people’s belief I needed something more than just opinions; I needed facts and that is what ’The Scrutiny’ is all about.
” The Scrutiny” is more than just my opinion it is about the opinion and beliefs of the most Brilliant minds to ever walk on this planet.
In ’The Scrutiny’ I tried decoding Science through Religion. Not only science, but our History and part of our Future can be mathematically formulated through religion.
God and Science are interconnected because in Physics are the Rules by which God made the Universe and just like Leonardo Da Vinci quoted ” Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything”
My book will helps as a Guide to people in forecasting this relation in between God, Science and History.
