Adar Darnov | 2 comments Hello everyone,

I'm a relatively new blogger (March of this year). I blog about nonfiction and I also illustrate selected passages of what I read. I'm really interested in connecting with anyone who has a lot of experience blogging, even if it's not about nonfiction. If anyone wants to post advice about keeping up a blog long-term that is helpful as well. Thanks!

Quinley (Phoenix_Bluefeather) (phoenix_bluefeather) | 1 comments I've been blogging since 2016. And since I've started blogging I've learned it's okay to take it at your own pace, blog once a week, or once a month if that feels like you won't feel overwhelmed.

Also I would say it is quality > quantity in blogging, it is better to publish posts that you worked really hard on oppose to posts that weren't and were less well researched.

Hope this helps,
Quinley

Shilpa Sheetal (eternally_bonkers) Hi Adar,

Congratulations on starting your own blog!

I started blogging in 2018 and I definitely agree with Quinley regarding the quality and pace of writing. Also, following bloggers that you like, engaging in conversations and posting your blog on different social media platforms do help to boost the visibility of your blog. Be persistent and you will find tactics along the way that will suit your style of blogging in the long run.

All the best :)
