Magomed Khaidakov | 2 comments What are the rules? Only recently published or any?

message 7: by Bill's (new)

Bill's Chaos (wburris) We haven't made any rules, other than it should be science related. It would also be a good idea to check if the book is easily obtainable.

Magomed Khaidakov | 2 comments Then I would offer a book by Elia Mechnikov, a 1908 recipient of the Nobel Prize for the discovery of immunity. He is also the father of modern probiotics. His book is titled “The Prolongation of Life: Optimistic Studies” (1907), and it explores a wide range of topics from intestinal health, to optimism versus pessimism, to the personality of Goethe and his Faust.
