IT'S A PERKS HALLOWEEN READ-A-THON

As a group let's see what we can read in the month of Octoberand have a Read-A-Thon with a twist!

How this works...

* Each book needs to "connect" to Halloween. We have provided a list of words (in the next post) for you to chose from

* For each unique word you connect to through the month, give yourself 10 points.

* If you can’t connect it to one of our words, but have a different way to connect to Halloween, that’s ok, just give yourself 5 points.

* If you connect to a word you have already connected to, give yourself 5 points

* As soon as you have a book that you have read in October2014 that can connect to a Halloween word, post it with the reasons it "connects" and the running points tally for you, and for the group for the month, and let's see how many books we can read and connect in the month!

* The person with the most points at the end of the month can choose the theme for our Themed BOM in January

Connection: there is quite a bit of "cloak" and dagger work to steal two special books. This is a "magical" book-there is a secret society, and books written in code, all part of a quest for immortality-- I highly recommend it.
