Quirk: Phoenix's Flame
Quirk Desc: In short, it's fire manipulation. She can manipulate fire, much like Endeavor and use it to burn things, but her flame is multi-purpose. Her flame, if she wanted it to, can also heal wounds depending on it's severity. It can soothe and calm down a person and/or make them happy, like what the compounds in chocolate do. Her flame can turn a blueish color, and when it does it can cancel the quirk for whoever is engulfed in the flame for a full 5 seconds.

Quirk Drawbacks: She gets dizzy and nauseated from overuse and can't completely heal major injuries. She cannot heal someone whose already dead or heal any injuries done to the heart or important organs. It also only heals injuries, not diseases or illnesses. She can only heal one person at a time and healing even minor injuries can drain her stamina and energy rather quickly. When she heals someone, she feels the pain that they would have felt from the injury. As for the canceling, once she cancel's someone's quirk for 5 seconds, she can't cancel anyone's quirk again for a whole 5 minutes, and can't cancel the previous person's quirk again for a whole 30 minutes. She can suffer from overheating if she uses her quirk too much, kind of like how a computer overheats. The weaker her attacks get, the more chances of her overheating and maybe even fainting.

Background: When she was little, she used to live with her uncle, Chizome Akaguro. Her parents were traveling and couldn't take her with them. At the time, they didn't really know much about Chizome's occupation. Lily didn't really learn until recent years either. Her uncle was no other than the hero killer, Stain. When she found out, she swore not to tell. She actually really liked her uncle, despite what many would think. His ideals weren't completely wrong, he just might have gone the wrong way about them. Lily had already decided to become a hero. After 5 years of living with her Uncle, her parents came back from their trip (they are archaeologists), she went back to live with them. Her mother taught her how to use her quirk and helped her train. She eventually took the entrance exams for U.A., and now here she is.

Quirk: Silver Lightning

Quirk description: Manipulation over electricity. She cannot produce it out of thin air, and she has to be in an environment that is not dry to produce it. However, she carries lots of technological devices on her person, and she can use them to produce electricity if the need arises. She can also engulf certain parts of her body with it. Though it requires much energy, when her entire body is engulfed, she can reach incredible speeds. (Kinda like Killua Zoldyck from Hunter x Hunter.) She does not rely so much on strength, but more on speed and dexterity.

Quirk drawbacks: Though she can electrocute a certain distance apart from her target, once they’re past 50 feet away, she cannot reach them. If she uses her quirk for too long an amount of time, unlike Kaminari Denki, her brain isn’t fried, but she can be enabled paralyzed for over 24 hours.

Upbringing: Akane was raised in Japan, her father being a yakuza boss in Hiroshima, while her mother was a foreign exchange student from Britain. Her mother, Mary, met Akane’s father when Mary was 22, and they were lovers for a year. Their relationship ended abruptly when Mary learned of Akane’s father’s dubious past and criminal background. Akane, who had been born just a month before Mary left Hiroshima to return to Britain, was left with her father, the yakuza boss, and she had a very different upbringing than many other children.

She was provided with very little emotional connections as a child, and so she was a rather cold child. Her father, Takumi, attended very little to her, having a very busy job (cough, cough, yakuza), often left her to be taken care of by random people who owed him their life, and when she was blessed enough to be in his presence, she was being taught survival skills such as how to fight, how to fire a pistol or a rifle, how to be silent, etc. Being a girl, Takumi thought very little of her, and would undoubtedly have attended to her more if she had been a boy, because Takumi was a sexist jerk, but as Akane aged, year by year, she would prove her worth in various ways. Takumi, the yakuza boss, had the quirk of inflicting pain on others. It wasn’t permanently crippling, and it left no mark, but it could drive people to insanity, and it was a great means of torture. Akane’s mother, Mary, had the quirk of bending animals’ wills to her own. Akane’s electricity quirk appeared when she was 2, an extremely young age, and she accidentally killed a member of the yakuza when she sneezed. (Luckily, the fellow was a low ranking man, so she wasn’t punished for her actions.)

Akane never had a good relationship with her father, for he was a cruel man, and he often took his anger out on her. Because of this, she learned to distance her mind from her body whenever she felt pain, and as a result, when she was 7 and captured by a gang who had a grudge against her father, she didn’t give any information when tortured. In her mind, her father was someone to look up to, a sort of godly figure in her life, but this feeling of reverence was tinted with fear and rage.

At age 10, Takumi abandoned Akane in a city far from where he was situated, partly as a trial, and partly because he didn’t want to deal with her any longer. That was the last time Akane saw her father, because she decided she had learned all she could from him, and it was time they parted ways. Her reputation as a fearless fighter grew on the streets, and she used her quirk to rob rich citizens and use charm to make others trust her. Never being completely homeless because of the debts countless people owed her, she always had a place to return to when things were bad. When she turned 15, she was recruited by a villain association. Never associating well with the authorities, never liking do-gooders, she was thrilled at the opportunity, and from then on, her legacy began...dun dun DUN
