It's that time again! The September Read-A-Thon will be held from September 20th (Saturday) until September 27th, starting and ending at 10 A.M. (We use PST as the default time, but you may adjust to your local time.)

Here is the sign-up for the read-a-thon, so let us know if you are planning to join us. (Of course, you don't actually have to sign-up to participate.) We hope you will join us during the week as we try to topple our tbr stacks and find new books through our friends' recommendations. It is always lots of fun!

I apologize for being late posting the sign-up page, but I have been without internet service for three days because we had to order and install a new modem. I was just at the point of taking my laptop to a coffee shop when everything finally came together.

have fun guys - I have so much going on the next couple of weeks that I probably won't participate - although I do have a 10hr drive to TN - that has to be good for some serious audiobook time right?

I wouldn't be able to make the trip without an audiobook.

the trick is finding the perfect length ab to listen to...not too long, but not too short...

That makes perfect sense. I've never been on a drive that long to have that problem. If I ever travel very far, someone that wants to talk is always with me.

i don't mind driving long distances by myself - used to do VA to MI on a fairly regular basis - at least twice a year - so its almost a mental vacation for me - i rarely drive with people now
