In Chapter 2, the author attends a seminar on how to be sociable. One of the exercises is to fire vulnerabilities back and forth at each other. How do you feel about this type of interaction? If you were an introvert would you be able to expose yourself this way? I think I would feel very uncomfortable if someone did this to me. How could you be friends with someone who did this immediately upon meeting them.
