Chapter 11 Is titled, “Your Brain Is Your Bitch”. This chapter was REALLY powerful for me. When we realize that everything in our lives is a result of what our MINDS can do, we experience a deep mindset shift. You control your reactions, emotions, self talk, thoughts about others, etc. There is so much FREEDOM is disciplining your mind. Everything in your mind is the truth. 🌟

What are some ways you can change your thinking? Not just, “think positively!” - because that’s so much easier said than done. Get really specific. How can you change your story around fear? Around how you feel about yourself? Around your past? Can you use your mind as a tool to change your life? 🥰
