H.M.S. Surprise

I have a front of me an edition with ISBN-13: 9780006141815 (ISBN 0006141811) from Harper Collins, printed 1993, paperback, 379 pages. This does not agree with the edition displayed when searching by ISBN-13, which is listed as hardback from 1973 with 416 pages. Cover also disagrees.

I've searched through all listed paperback editions but none is close the edition I have.

I am new to goodreads. What do you do in such a case?

You create a record of the book you have without the ISBN no.

ISBNs frequently get re-used, the first book in the database gets to keep the ISBN and subsequent books get added but without their ISBN.

In the first line of the description you state that it's an "Alternative Cover Edition of ISBN xxxxxx."
