I am not on anything. I went cold turkey during the Easter holidays. The withdrawal wasn't pleasant, once that was over I felt awesome. Better than I have felt in years.

All the ones of old age :) Blood pressure and cholesterol. And vitamins, lots of vitamins. And seasonal meds for allergy.

Lots of vitamins, Lovastatin, and Levothyroxine. My mom used to take a medicine cabinet of pills for various things (it seemed like) so I'm determined to not take anything unless it's absolutely necessary. I tell my Dr. to not give me anything unless he's sure I have to have it.

I actually do eat them as they're prescribed to me (immunotherapy). Maybe drinking is more accurate since they're in liquid form.

Oh well that makes sense.

Bee Pollen was the only thing that got me through the early corn growing/pollination season for three years.

I don't know exactly why it worked?? Don't care, just knew to start it about a month ahead of time.

Then market forces caused the freshness of the product and the cost to deteriorate.

I ingest it. I get mine from a local bee keeper.

We have an ongoing bee shortage in my area :(

That is sad.

I pay $8 for a pretty large vessel of bee pollen sure to last me 6 months to year depending on my usage.

It comes in the form of little tiny pollen crumbles.

It does not taste like chicken, if memory serves.

It tastes pretty bad but bearable.

bees ... honey ... BEARable.

It probably depends on what the bees have as pollen source. I always think of strong yeast when tasting it.
