What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Been three or four years since I last read this book/ series. The synopsis is about a girl who enters the woods and is encountered by three vampire/wolf (I'm not sure) And they make a proposition to her, to mate with them and she agrees. The book starts of with her being a waitress, then a tall handsome man enters the restaurant/club. He is described as pale with long blond hair that looks almost white. His two other companions are his brothers I believe... He is the coldest with her because he lost a leg long ago. Although he likes her, his dissability prevents him from expressing his feelings for her. The other two guys, one is playful with her, the other quiet...(not sure if a third exists.) Also, she gets attacked late one night at her job (the white haired guy also becomes her boss) and she locks herself in the bathroom and her mates come and help her.
