In conjunction with our in-person gathering on October 2, this online forum is another venue for discussing Drawdown. I'd like to hear from others reading it: What do you think of Hawken's proposals? Are they practical? Promising? What obstacles have prevented implementation before now? Which are most appealing to you, personally? Please share your thoughts. Thanks.

I'm well into the book now, and can see that the collection has the potential to be grist for some very productive discussion. In fact, I think the book is even more potentially useful for the discussions it stimulates than for the details of its specific proposals. What reactions are other people having?

I’m enjoying the book as well! I came across this CNN poll today based in the finding from Drawdown. Some unexpected results for me. Looking forward to this discussion!
