Elizabeth (Alaska) | 14225 comments Kate has started posting tasks. You've had a few days to think. What are you penciling in for Fall?

Valerie Brown | 3263 comments I was at a show when I noticed that Kate had released the initial tasks! It started off slow (with few customers), so I was disappointed I couldn't be home to plan - ha, ha... However, that was the first thing I did later that evening! Kazen | 623 comments I've been away for a bit (we moved, I'm applying to a new job, etc.) but things are starting to calm down, thankfully. I love Pick 'n Mix so much that I'll be concentrating on that! Using my "man, I gotta get around to reading that" TBR I have enough books to complete the challenge twice. And I love that there's no order tied to it, so I'll be able to match my mood without fretting over points left on the table. ;)

Some of the books include:

B2 - Gift from the Sea
D4 - The Five: The Untold Lives of the Women Killed by Jack the Ripper
C2 - The Night Tiger
E4 - Muhammad: Forty Introductions

Elizabeth (Alaska) | 14225 comments Happy to see you back with us, Kazen!

Rebekah, The Bear Comes Home does not appear on the list of Booker winners/nominees and does not qualify for 20.1.

Thanks for catching. I have a shelf for book awards and had shelved it under wrong one. It won the Pen/Faulkner. I set a goal for myself a few years ago to read all the fiction Pulitzers. (Did I! Yeah! Now just have to keep up!), then I became ambitious and decided to read all the ManBookers, the National Book Critics Circle Award, the National Book Award, the Orange Prize and The Pen Faulkners and made shelves accordingly. No, I have not completed any of those lists! (Smile) I cant even keep the lists straight!

I had also thought of Gaskell's book for 20.3. It seems perfect for the task. Plus I have a copy of The Secret River that has sat on my physical shelf for almost a year.
