who do you think mark belongs with or hope he will end up with?

I have a feeling he'll die or something :c

I think he should be with the Wild Hunt because that way he can help shadowhunters with their next probable war against the fey

I think mark belongs with the fey because the nephilim left him, and it's obvious they don't want him.

Mark being with the people who let him die instead of the people who eventually accepted him doesn't make any sense. he belongs with the fey

I'll be pissed if mark becomes a shadowhunter. HE NEEDS TO BE A REPRESENTATIVE that way he can still see his family without being nephilim

@cassieclare please don't make mark a shadowhunter again! THEY LEFT HIM! HE BELONGS WITH THE FEY!!

In a way I totally agree with you. I ready didn't think about that, he totally should become more important after what the nephilim did to him even if for consul blackthorn it wasn't the right thing. I really hope that the war between the fey and the nephilim don't get between Mark and his siblings :/ because what happened to all of them, even after Helen, was so cruel and heartbreaking.

Yeah, after reading this I think he would be happier if he was with the fey. But I would love him to be with his family though!

How could Jia Penhallow break her promise. How could the shadowhunter be such jerks. He should not end up with the shadowhunters but it isnt that the Faeries treat Mark better.They tortured Mark.

After I read the book I totally wanted him to stay with the fey because he was in love with that guy (SPOILER ALERT) I can never remember his name...(sorry)

I'd really like for him to stay with the Blackthorns. I'm not sure what's gonna happen next, but I hope he slowly mends his relationships with them. I just hope he doesn't get taken again; if he goes, it should be his own choice.

i prefer him with the wild hunt, to be honest. i prefer the fey part of him.

I also hope he'll stay with his family, after all they were all he thought about when he was with the Wild Hunt, and I believe he would become more human again when he spends more time with other people. But I definitely think we haven't yet seen the last of the ties between Mark and the Fey.

I think TDA is definitely set for there to be a massive spat between Jules and Mark and this could inform Mark's decision of where he thinks he belongs.

At the moment, Mark has chosen to be with his family and therefore by extension allowing the possibility of reclaiming his Shadowhunter heritage (at the wont use runes?).

But if it all goes sour (for personal reasons) Mark could decide to go back to the Fey - thus proving the treachery that the Clave have been looking for in the Blackthorn kids (Helen/Mark/others). Also Julian has a 'ruthless heart', he wants Emma, will he betray Mark? Get Mark sent back to the Fey against his will? - look what he did to Nightshade!

The problem is the Clave....

I really want Mark to stay with his family because it's clear that Julian is struggling to do it all on his own. But I wish Mark could do both. I love his Shadowhunter self, but I love his fey self more. But that doesn't mean I want him to stay with the fey, you know? It would be cool if he could represent the fey in the Shadowhunter world or shadowhunters in the fey world but still get to see his family.

Also, if Mark stays then he will be with Emma and that will break Julian and Cristina's heart and probably her relationship with Emma. But honestly, Cristina will be heartbroken if Mark stays or he goes, but at least she's got Diego.

Fey for sure... he just seems right for that type of life tbh... and also I don't think that he makes a great shadowhunter. Alsoooooo, Mark+Kieran=😍
